The Automatic Water Level Logger is a
sophisticated unit for automatically recording water height at pre-programmed
time intervals for up to one year. It can be used for measuring soil
conductivity, monitoring the height of water in rivers, or measuring flow
rates etc. The data is downloaded directly onto a PC without the need of
further equipment. The software provides a graphical display of the water
level. It also gives the maximum and minimum values, and allows the user to
export the data into a spreadsheet. The probe has been redesigned so that it
has a smooth end that can be used in the ground without a dip well. The logger
is now detachable to increase the unit's flexibility. The unit includes a
robust protective housing. 
Dip-well Probe
The dip-well probe is designed to accurately determine the position of the top of the water table. The probe senses the water level by detecting the change in internal reflection of a light source which is encapsulated in the probe tip. This detection method gives very reliable and trouble free operation. Detection sensor is attached to a flexible cable which is lowered into the dip-well.
Dip-well Measuring Probe
Dip-well measuring probe works in a similar manner to the dip-well probe as described above but has a rigid probe which has a scale attached to it so that the water level can be read off directly.
