BICYCLE COUNTER 2000

People Counter

Description

The Chambers Bicycle Counter is a sophisticated counter which can be used on hard core as well as surfaced cycle paths. It uses advanced metal detecting technology to count alloy and steel bicycles as they pass over the detector. The counter will not detect walkers. We have developed a sensitive detection circuit which means that the detection head can be buried below the surface. The detector is in the form of a cylindrical tube which has fully encapsulated antennae and is therefore robust and completely waterproof. We supply the detector length to suit the particular situation. The detector is connected to the control box by a robust cable. The control box can be positioned well away form the path or road and can therefore be hidden from potential vandals. The counter has a low battery requirement and can be powered from a variety battery systems.
